Greetings, I’m Randy Rennaker, a proud 45-year resident of Northwest Lino Lakes, where I live with my wife and two children. My oldest daughter is recently married and lives in Circle Pines with her husband.
A Centennial High School Graduate (1990), I furthered my education at Anoka-Ramsey Community College and the University of Minnesota. Since 2003, I’ve worked at Miner/Star Equipment in Lino Lakes, where I serve as a Project Manager. In that role, I’ve learned the importance of balancing budgets, coordinating teams, and delivering solutions that make both economic and practical sense. These same skills translate directly to city leadership, where thoughtful planning, fiscal responsibility, and collaboration are key to success.
I am also a youth baseball coach for kids with special needs, a current member of the Lino Lakes Economic Development Advisory Committee, and serve on the Advisory Board of the Hamm’s Beer Collector’s Club.
Lino Lakes is our home. We have the best neighbors we could ask for, and friends and family scattered throughout the city. My family cherishes this community – its parks, trails, and lakes (we’ve been on them all!) – and I’m running to preserve its small-town charm while fostering smart growth.

FOSTER ECONOMIC GROWTH: By supporting existing local businesses and attracting new ones, we can create jobs, keep more dollars in Lino Lakes, boost daytime activity for our community’s businesses, and ease the tax burden on residents.
INVEST IN EDUCATION: Champion our world-class schools to ensure our children receive the best education, while maintaining reasonable class sizes.
